Every year the TWS Awards get bigger and better and all 1,700 people that packed the Avalon proved once again, that this is the premier skate event of the year. There were too many memorable moments that went down, so here are a few from TransWorld Skateboarding….

--It was a Guyfecta! He won every category he was nominated for (Best Street, Best Video Part, and TWS Readers’ Choice) and technically, you can give Guy a fourth trophy for Fully Flared’s victory

--Muska, Slash, and The Nuge began the evening.

--Tony Hawk came through and accepted his well-deserved TWS Legend Award, despite his wife being nine months pregnant.

--Lil Jon DJ’d an absolutely epic New Era after-party. How he saw his vinyl through those dark locs I’ll never know.

--Stefan, Silas, and Habitat murdered their respective categories.

--And Now could be taking home Best Video in next years’ TWS Awards.

--Kareem Campbell was in the house, so you know it was a tight night.
